Q.How far in advance should I book my party/event?
A.A.S.A.P. Customers book several months in advance.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes. I require a $100 deposit. The deposit locks in your date and your chosen inflatable. Due to severe weather on the day of your party/event, your deposit will be fully refunded. Otherwise, the deposit is non refundable for cancellations.
Q.What are your method of payments?
A.Cash, Check and/or Credit Card Payments are accepted and invoices are sent out electronically.
Q.How long is the rental time?
A.We rent by the day (8 hours). We start deliveries as early as 8:00am, you tell us when to drop it off and when to pick up. We do not rent by the hour. All pick ups when be conducted before dark or 8pm, whichever comes first.
Q.What will I need to provide?
A.Water hose (water slides) and extension cords. If you do not have a source of power, a generator can be rented from us as well.
Q.Do you set up in grass? Concrete?
A.Yes, we set up in grass and concrete. We do not set up on rocks or slopes. When you book your party/event we will need to know in advance, where the inflatable will be set up.
Q.How many children can jump/slide on inflatable? How much room does the inflatable need? How long does it take for you to set up inflatable and take down?
A.All of those questions will depend on each individual inflatable.
Q.Do you have insurance?
A.Yes. Upon your request, a copy will be provided.
Q.What if there are high winds the day of my party/event?
A.I take high winds very very serious!!! Even though the inflatables are secured, I will not take a chance risking the life of children. If I cancel your party/event I will return your deposit.
